Pershing Technology Services Corporation (PTSC) designed an interactive Video Teller Machine (VTM) system for the financial industry, but they wanted to expand the life scenarios in which this product could be applied.

After understanding the features of VTM - card out, video, interactive screen, payment, etc., we thought about the scenarios where it could be applied. We made field visits and interviews to some of the application scenarios. Finally, we positioned our project scenario at the entrance of a hotel chain to assist with autonomous check-in. 

Then we went through the process of making Persona, User experience map, Prototype, Testing, etc. to refine the project and report to the company.
